Due to achieving their expansion plans, my client – a Life Sciences Recruitment company based in London – is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager focusing on Technology. They are on target for all their growth plans this year and have an exceptional reputation in this space. They have multiple business lines across this exciting space and excel in client engagement.
You will be responsible for selling across the business lines and maximising full client penetration. New business development expertise and a successful track record are a pre-requisite.
You will have:
- Technology recruitment experience
- Life Sciences / Pharma recruitment experience
- Experience managing a high volume of contractors and a high value permanent line
- Previous experience of growing sales and market share of an existing business while maintaining high standards
- Proven ability in networking at C-level and managing internal stakeholders
- Successful record of accomplishment
- Ability to win hearts and minds and maintain this through a growing leadership team
- Consultative approach to recruitment
