The Print Shop Coordinator manages Sukup Manufacturing Co.’s print shop operations and serves as the central point of coordination for all printed materials, promotional inventory, and tradeshow marketing assets. This role is responsible for producing high-quality printed materials, ensuring accurate and efficient fulfillment for internal departments, dealers, and company events, and maintaining organized inventory and equipment systems. Working closely with the marketing and design teams, this position helps maintain Sukup’s brand consistency and professional presence across all printed and promotional channels.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Experience in print production, operations coordination, or marketing support.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of print production processes and quality control.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to printing and material handling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop).

Job Duties:

  • Manage daily operations of the Sukup print shop.
  • Produce and print company literature, manuals, product materials, forms, decals, and signs for internal and external use.
  • Operate high-output copy machines and various print finishing equipment (label and sign-making machines, paper cutters, laminators, drill presses, staplers, binding machines, folders, etc.).
  • Ensure all files are production-ready and printed accurately.
  • Schedule and prioritize multiple print jobs and production deadlines.
  • Monitor and maintain print shop equipment; coordinate maintenance and service as needed.
  • Digitize manuals, documents, and literature as required.
  • Review and prepare digital files for print, with occasional graphic adjustment or layout work.
