Taking ownership of the design and delivery of a varied portfolio of evaluation projects, topics span mental health, arts & culture, public health and housing. This is a role where you can showcase your expertise in effectively applying evaluation approaches and participatory methods such as Outcome Mapping, Outcome Harvesting, Appreciative Inquiry, Most Significant Change, and Ripple Effect Mapping.
Important for success is experience in selecting and adapting a range of different evaluation frameworks including Realist, Developmental, Empowerment and Participatory to suit needs. You will also be adept at both quantitative and qualitative research methods and integrating multiple sources of evidence to generate actionable insights.
Commercially aware and client focused with experience of pitching, writing compelling proposals and nurturing client relationships, you will be a proficient project manager, able to manage multiple evaluations simultaneously.
