Excellent opportunity to lead the research operations function of an international market intelligence provider. You will take ownership for building the function, creating metrics, methodology, dashboards and ensuring data quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and own a global performance dashboard
- Develop, maintain and improve research operational metrics
- Work alongside the development team to create dashboards that are scalable and reliable
- Drive quality control and standardisation across regions – ensure data quality and methodology across teams
- Identify and resolve anomalies (e.g. data entry errors)
- Ensure global process parity
- Identify performance trends and training needs and propose solutions
- Partner with product and commercial teams on operational reporting needs
