Highly experienced Research Manager with strong team/project leadership skills sought by leading research & consulting provider to the financial services sector. This long established organisation provides a range of research & consulting services covering specific areas within global financial services.

Your role will be to manage an assigned pool of multilingual research analysts/associates as they cover research projects ranging from regular reports to bespoke consulting, all founded in primary (and secondary) research methodologies, with a strong leaning towards quantitative analysis. In addition to managing team outputs, you will drive improvements/efficiency, oversee costs, evangelise best practice, promote team training, liaise with stakeholders and clients and play a key role in developing new products/services.

Ideally you will have considerable experience within market research/intelligence (ideally from agency/consultancy) where you will have led research teams. You will probably be a Research Manager (or Project Manager from agency side who has additionally delivered research) with strong communicative skills; you will be hands-on, inspirational, insightful and be happy in more of a project leading/team leading role rather than conducting research yourself - although strong quantitative skills remain pivotal regarding overseeing work, liaising with clients etc.

You will be joining a growing organisation whose work with the international financial services sector has led to its establishment as a leading research & consulting firm. There is strong career progression on offer, including your own mentoring and development, and a chance to prove your leadership skills. You will be joining a collaborative, esoteric working culture that prides itself on the high standard of services it provides - there are some hybrid working opportunities too.
