As a Senior Evaluation Manager within the team, you must be able to hit the ground running with project, policy, or programme evaluations which range from topics such as public health, primary/secondary care, mental health and wellbeing, arts and culture, and housing. Your focus will be on managing the delivery of evaluation projects, from designing the programme theory, evaluation framework, and research tools, through to delivering primary and secondary research activities, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent project management and client servicing skills are a must, as is experience of both quantitative and qualitative research methods. At this level, it’s also expected you will be confident in writing proposals and pitching for work to potential clients.
