Evaluation Lead – Social Research

£Excellent + Benefits – Remote

This social research agency specialise in research and evaluation and they have a very strong reputation in this area.

They are a purpose led business with a strong mission – they have a social, ethical and environmental conscience and they empower their team to make a positive difference to wider society.

The team work with a broad range of public service clients, including health agencies, social housing providers and charities as well as local authorities and central government clients.

The agency is now looking to appoint an Evaluation expert to join as Head of the team and lead on its’ development. This role represents an exciting opportunity to help shape the evaluation offering and grow the team to deliver a portfolio of projects.

As well as considerable experience in Evaluation, you must be a commercially minded professional with a strong agency background. Both technical expertise (skilled in applying a range of evaluation methods and approaches), along with proven leadership and business development skills are going to be essential. You will be able to demonstrate exemplary skills when it comes to project management, proposal development and client relationship management.
