The range and scope of projects will see you working on issues from communications and health to education, housing, and electoral policy. This role will see you sitting in a leadership position, developing relationships with key accounts, managing junior researchers on projects, and being involved in the end-to-end activities of winning business, from proposal writing and the design and setup of projects through to the delivery of astute and engaging insights.

As an Associate Director, you will enjoy a fast-paced, varied, client-facing role working in partnership with your own key clients – getting to know their organizations and gaining a deep understanding of their challenges. Working in a consultative capacity, you will be delivering insights that truly add value. Although the role will have a quantitative focus, there will be scope to involve yourself in qualitative methods as well as work with new tools and innovative techniques.

Public/Social research expertise is essential, alongside the technical experience of working in a research agency environment, managing research projects from start to finish, including plenty of proposal writing experience. You will have a creative spark, respect for others, and love partnering with colleagues, suppliers, and clients to help solve wide-ranging public service challenges and issues.
