Resources for Autism is seeking a full-time role to lead Sparks, Flame and Building for the Future programmes, spanning Barnet and Brent. You will oversee delivery, recruit and supervise volunteers, and build partnerships with schools and local groups to support autistic children aged 10β19.
You will ensure safeguarding, quality and impact measurement, while empowering participants through mentoring, group work and community inclusion activities. This is a hands-on, community-focused role.
