An opportunity to join a growing business, a respected local brand and major player in their sector. This role has been created to work closely with the Group Financial Controller in order to redesign/reshape the Group’s reporting function.
An ideal move for a recently Qualified ACA/ACCA Auditor or Financial Accountant, you will have a broad set of responsibilities which will develop further over time.
Responsibilities- Preparation of consolidated accounts for multiple trading entities
- Management of fixed asset register
- Ownership of group’s balance sheet
- Oversee month end close & journal postings
- Main point of contact for external auditors
- Improve current procedures
- Management accounts production alongside the Finance Manager
- Provide sound advice to the CFO and MD
- Develop a strong reporting timetable
- Ideally suited to an Audit trained ACA/ACCA looking to move into industry
- Strong technical background
