Finance Manager - Rent and Service Charge
Liverpool - £50-60,000 plus package
The Finance Manager will take ownership of service charge accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and business partnering activities while supporting operational and strategic decision-making.

Description
- Manage annual service charge accounts across a property portfolio.
- Lead budget versus actual analysis and reconciliation processes.
- Produce monthly financial reports, forecasts and variance analysis.
- Partner with property and operational teams to provide financial insight.
- Support service charge audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Resolve historic balance sheet reconciliations and improve financial controls.
- Contribute to financial modelling, KPI reporting and business improvement projects.
Profile
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant.
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Management Accounting.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience advantageous.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
