We’re looking for a commercially minded Supply Chain Finance Business Partner who can get close to the numbers, challenge the status quo and turn financial data into meaningful commercial insight. This is a high profile, hands on role partnering closely with senior supply chain and operational stakeholders. You’ll play a key part in helping the business understand its cost base, improve performance and make better, faster commercial decisions. Initially offered as a 6 month fixed term contract, there is genuine potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.

The Role: You’ll be at the heart of the supply chain operation, providing financial insight, challenge and support across areas including:

  • Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
  • Analysis of supply chain costs, inventory and operational performance
  • Identifying trends, opportunities and areas for cost improvement
  • Developing meaningful KPIs to drive efficiency and performance
  • Understanding and explaining month-on-month spend variations
  • Linking costs to volumes, delivery profiles, stock, inventory and capacity
