About the Role
Resourcery Group are partnering with a growing Manchester based client to recruit a HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and provide professional HR support across the full employee lifecycle during a busy period. Working remotely, with occasional meetings in Manchester, you will play a key role in ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with current UK employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue contracts of employment, offer letters, and other employment documentation.
- Assist with the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems.
- Process and manage sensitive and confidential HR information in accordance with GDPR.
- Support payroll processes by ensuring employees receive the correct pay and benefits.
- Produce compensation and benefits comparison reports for the Executive Team.
