An opportunity to join a growing business which has recently completed an expansion into a number of new markets which has resulted in the need to appoint an experienced Finance Manager.
You will be expected to work with divisional leaders and begin providing detailed commercial support to help facilitate growth targets. Reporting into the CFO, you will oversee an established team and main responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the production of group and divisional management account packs
- Develop KPIs, along with senior leadership, designed to provide commercial insight to business performance and guide decision making
- Perform a deep dive on existing controls and procedures, ensuring best practice is understood and adhered to
- Provide hands-on management of a team of 5
- Hands-on cash flow management for the group entities
- Ownership of the balance sheet and introduction of regular P&L reviews
- Management of all HMRC/tax queries as well as main POC for external auditors
Candidate profile:
Ideally suited to an experienced Finance Manager, this is a hands-on role with a profitable privately owned business. You will ideally have a background of managing a team and be comfortable making improvements whilst being an active participant of senior leadership meetings. CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified preferred.
