Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering, you'll take ownership of income accounting, with a particular focus on rent and service charge, playing a key role in ensuring robust financial performance and providing insightful business partnering across the organisation.

What you'll be doing: Acting as the Finance Business Partner for all income-related activities, with responsibility for rent and service charge.
Supporting budget setting, forecasting and financial planning.
Producing insightful management information and financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
Partnering with operational managers to improve financial performance and drive continuous improvement.
