Resourcery Group are supporting a leading organisation in Preston in the search for a Deputy Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional with a strong management accounts background who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, building relationships and influencing decision-making.
Working closely with senior budget holders and operational leaders, you’ll provide insightful financial analysis, scenario modelling and business case support to drive informed decisions. You’ll also play a key role within a collaborative finance team, supporting the Finance Business Partner and contributing to wider financial planning and performance.

Salary: £41k - 48k per year + Hybrid working
Key Requirements for Deputy Finance Business Partner
- Strong management accounting background
- Ability to build relationships and engage with budget holders and non-finance stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with strong analysis and financial modelling skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a wider finance team
- Part-qualified or studying towards CIMA / ACCA (or equivalent)
