We are recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join a well-established business based in Formby. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their finance career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Ledger: Raising invoices, allocating payments, assisting with customer account management.
- Credit Control: Monitoring outstanding debt, contacting customers, and maintaining accurate records of collection activity.
- Bank Reconciliations: Completing regular reconciliations and investigating discrepancies.
- General Finance Administration: Filing, data entry, updating spreadsheets, and supporting month-end processes as required.
Skills Experience Required
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role (sales ledger, or credit control experience desirable). Full training will be provided.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively.
