Management Accountant | £50,000 - £55,000 | Warrington
An opportunity to join a large, international business with an excellent reputation locally. This role will work closely the Financial Controller and an ideal move for a Qualified Management Accountant looking to gain exposure to a more complex and fast paced environment.
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and deliver reporting within agreed deadlines
- Produce financial reports and insights for both local leadership and the wider group
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Monitor operating costs, providing analysis and commentary on key variances
- Reconcile and review balance sheet accounts, ensuring issues are investigated and resolved
- Produce cash flow, profit and loss, working capital and other key financial reporting
- Maintain strong financial governance and ensure effective internal controls are in place
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, systems and reporting efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders across the business, providing financial support and commercial insight
- Provide technical guidance to the wider finance team and contribute to wider finance projects
Candidate profile;
- CIMA/ACCA Qualified
- Prior experience of producing management account packs
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Large complex company background
