Role Overview
The HubSpot Consultant will combine technical depth, commercial consulting, and campaign delivery expertise. This role is key in translating client business needs into optimised HubSpot setups, driving smarter automation, and leveraging AI tools for performance and scale. The remit covers strategy, solution design, hands-on implementation, and internal practice development.Key Responsibilities
- Be agency super user across all HubSpot Hubs, blending CRM expertise and AI features.
- Scope, plan, and deliver integrated inbound and nurture campaigns using HubSpot\βs automation, AI, and reporting tools.
- Audit and optimise client portals for best-practice RevOps and CRM alignment.
- Design workflows, lead scoring criteria, MQL definitions, nurture sequences, and dashboards tracking progress.
- Apply AI features in HubSpot to enhance content creation, predictive analytics, campaign triggers and reporting.
- Lead client onboarding, data migration, and multi-platform integration projects.
- Liaise with senior client stakeholders for workshops and solution consulting.
- Deliver training and knowledge sharing for internal teams and clients on HubSpot best practices, campaigns, and workflow management.
- Contribute to the agency\βs HubSpot proposition, helping develop new service packages and business development activities.
Skills and Experience
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM and all Hubs; HubSpot certificates expected.
- Experience scoping and delivering inbound or nurture campaigns and managing multi-channel strategies with measurable ROI.
- Strong background in campaign management, RevOps, and lead lifecycle (MQL/SQL/Opportunity) optimisation.
- Confident user of HubSpot\βs latest AI capabilities, reporting, and integrations.
- Excellent client-facing, communication and training skills.
- Commercially minded and motivated to support new business development and practice growth.
