What Youll Be Doing:

• Fully strip down, rebuild, and restore used heavy plant machinery
• Recondition engines, transmissions, undercarriage components, and hydraulic systems
• Use diagnostics tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
• Deliver work to high resale-ready standards attention to detail is key
• Work from a modern, well-equipped workshop with team support

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experienceworking onheavy construction equipment not light vehicles or cars
• Comfortable withmajor rebuilds: replacing engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and more
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Plant Maintenance, HGV Mechanics, or Land-Based Engineering
• Confident in reading schematics, using diagnostic tools, and working independently
• Welding and fabrication experience is a bonus
• Must have your own tools, a full UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK
