Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise workshop technicians, ensuring smooth daily operations.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Level 3 qualification in HGV, Plant, Agricultural, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with construction or heavy plant machinery.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electronics.
- Supervisory or leadership experience (or the ambition to take on that challenge!).
- Your own tools to maximise efficiency.
- A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
