Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise workshop technicians, ensuring smooth daily operations.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Level 3 qualification in HGV, Plant, Agricultural, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with construction or heavy plant machinery.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electronics.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience (or the ambition to take on that challenge!).
  • Your own tools to maximise efficiency.
  • A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
