As the Used Parts Sales & Stock Co-ordinator, you\’ll play a vital role in helping our client support their customers with high-quality, pre-owned parts for heavy machinery and equipment.

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Drive Results:Proactively manage and grow used parts sales by building strong relationships and offering tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay Organised:Take the lead on inventory accuracy and stock control, ensuring parts are ready and available when customers need them most.
- Be the Connector:Work hand-in-hand with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely deliveries.
- Keep Things Moving:Generate quotes, process orders, and manage invoicing with precision and care.
- Know the Market:Stay ahead of trends in the used parts sector to offer relevant, up-to-date advice and insights.
- Support Strategy:Prepare clear reports on sales and inventory to help drive smart business decisions.
- Boost Visibility:Help shape and support promotional activity through remarketing and social media channels, increasing awareness and interest in our used parts stock.
What Were Looking For
To succeed in this role, you\’ll need:
- Experience in salesideally within construction equipment, heavy machinery, or related sectors.
- A solid understanding of stock management and inventory processes.
- Strong communication skills to connect with customers and internal teams alike.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A genuine focus on delivering great service, every time.
Bonus Points For:
- Knowledge of trends and demands in the used parts market.
- Experience using CRM systems and Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- A valid UK driving licence.
