This role can be primarily based from our offices in either Telford or Henley-on-Thames - Hybrid Working Available.

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Technical & Engineering Recruiter to join our growing RPO team, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in technical and engineering recruitment who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions within an RPO environment.

You’ll manage recruitment activity across a range of technical and engineering vacancies, supporting organisations in sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, technology, logistics, energy, and industrial engineering. Working within an RPO environment, you’ll become an extension of our clients’ businesses - understanding their culture, workforce challenges, and long-term hiring needs to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and engineering roles
  • Partnering closely with multiple clients to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities
  • Sourcing and engaging engineering and technical professionals through a variety of channels
  • Conducting candidate screening interviews and managing the process through to offer stage
  • Building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate and client experience
  • Supporting recruitment reporting, workforce planning, and process improvement initiatives
  • Keeping up to date with technical recruitment market trends and talent availability

What You’ll Need

  • Proven recruitment experience within technical and/or engineering markets is essential
  • Strong understanding of engineering and technical skillsets and recruitment challenges
  • Experience recruiting across sectors such as manufacturing, industrial, engineering, technology, automotive, aerospace, or energy would be highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and client priorities simultaneously
  • Confidence in sourcing passive candidates and building long-term relationships
  • A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach
