We're looking for a Service Coordinator to take charge of planning, scheduling, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine. What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming service calls
- Schedule and coordinate Field Service Engineers, parts, and resources
- Manage the end-to-end process of service and repair activities
- Open and close service jobs, create purchase orders and invoices
- Inspect equipment across the workshop, yard, and wash bay
- Assist with team meetings, toolbox talks, and support training
- Step in for the Service Delivery Manager when needed
