Are you an experienced and credible recruiter eager to make a significant impact with your expertise? ResourceBank, a leading family-run outsourcing business, is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to join our team in a unique role. This position will be based on-site at our client's head office in Par, St Austell, Cornwall.
Operating as an extension of our client's HR team and with the support of our dedicated ResourceBank Head Office team, you will become a trusted partner, responsible for recruiting for a range of technical and head office vacancies across their sites. Success in this role will be driven by your ability to build strong relationships with both HR and your hiring managers, delivering exceptional service and fully immersing yourself in our client's culture.
The working arrangement will be hybrid with a minimum of 3 days on site; however, during the initial training period, this may need to be more.
