Salary - Competitive Annual Salary plus 12% management bonus & night premium

We’re looking for a motivated and supportive Warehouse Shift Leader to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, creating a positive team environment, and keeping warehouse operations running smoothly.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in guiding and motivating a team to deliver excellent operational performance while maintaining high standards of safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and motivating a warehouse team during your shift
  • Supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring targets are met
  • Coaching and developing team members to help them reach their full potential
  • Maintaining high standards of safety and operational procedures
  • Working closely with managers and other departments to keep operations running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience
  • Experience leading or supervising a team (preferred)
  • A positive attitude with strong communication skills
  • Someone who enjoys supporting and developing others
  • Ability to stay organised and calm in a busy environment
