The Role
Were looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Management Recruiter to join our growing RPO team, supporting our client World Duty Free.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in either retail store management or ideally retail management recruitment who enjoys building trusted client relationships, identifying high-quality talent and delivering recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Working as part of the ResourceBank team, youll become an extension of the World Duty Free recruitment function, managing recruitment activity across a range of retail management and leadership vacancies.
Youll build a strong understanding of the clients business, culture and recruitment needs, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.
What Youll Be Doing Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for retail management and leadership roles Partnering closely with World Duty Free hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and priorities Sourcing and engaging high-quality retail management candidates through a variety of channels Proactively identifying and engaging passive talent to build strong candidate pipelines Conducting screening interviews and assessing candidates against role requirements and competencies Managing candidates through the recruitment process from initial application through to offer stage Building talent pools and pipelines for current and future retail management requirements Providing market insight around retail talent, availability and attraction strategies Regularly visiting World Duty Free client sites and airports across the UK to build strong stakeholder relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the retail environment Delivering an outstanding candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journey Managing multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment Supporting recruitment reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Working collaboratively with the wider ResourceBank and World Duty Free teams to share best practice and deliver recruitment objectives
What Youll Need Proven recruitment experience within retail, ideally recruiting management or leadership positions Strong understanding of the retail recruitment market and the challenges of attracting high-calibre management talent Experience recruiting roles such as Store Managers, Assistant/Deputy Managers, Department Managers, Team Leaders or other retail leadership positions Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing client priorities simultaneously Confidence sourcing and engaging passive candidates and building long-term talent pipelines A proactive, organised and commercially focused approach The ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage recruitment processes effectively from start to finish Experience working in an RPO, in-house or agency environment would be advantageous
