Covering South East/South West England however, travel may also include other regions across England dependent on the need within our Services.
Key Responsibilities Support and develop Service Managers to improve performance and quality.
Lead service improvement and turnaround initiatives.
Deliver quality, compliance, financial and safety objectives.
Drive efficiencies and best practice to improve outcomes.
Support budget delivery, reduce agency costs and strengthen workforce stability.
Provide leadership that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.
Lead or support safeguarding and regulatory improvement actions.
Embed the principles of "Right Care, Right Support, Right Culture."
Build strong relationships with commissioners, regulators and key stakeholders.
About You With a proven track record of delivering service improvements and operational excellence within budget and across multiple sites, you'll have a strong understanding of social care regulations and policy, excellent stakeholder management, leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
Essential Requirements Significant senior leadership experience in social care
Relevant professional and/or management qualification
Proven experience delivering service improvement and turnaround programmes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
Passion for improving outcomes for disabled people.
Regular UK travel/ overnight stays are required to support services on-site.
Desirable Requirements Qualification in Social Care Management.
Strong professional network within the social care sector.
