Location: Ideally based in the South East/South West England e.g. Bromley, Romsey, Banbury, Cheltenham, Bristol - regular travel to our services in these locations will be required.

Covering South East/South West England however, travel may also include other regions across England dependent on the need within our Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and develop Service Managers to improve performance and quality.
  • Lead service improvement and turnaround initiatives.
  • Deliver quality, compliance, financial and safety objectives.
  • Drive efficiencies and best practice to improve outcomes.
  • Support budget delivery, reduce agency costs and strengthen workforce stability.
  • Provide leadership that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Lead or support safeguarding and regulatory improvement actions.
  • Embed the principles of 'Right Care, Right Support, Right Culture.'
  • Build strong relationships with commissioners, regulators and key stakeholders.

About You

With a proven track record of delivering service improvements and operational excellence within budget and across multiple sites, you'll have a strong understanding of social care regulations and policy, excellent stakeholder management, leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.

Essential Requirements

  • Significant senior leadership experience in social care.
  • Relevant professional and/or management qualification.
  • Proven experience delivering service improvement and turnaround programmes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
  • Passion for improving outcomes for disabled people.
  • Regular UK travel/overnight stays are required to support services on-site.

Desirable Requirements

  • Qualification in Social Care Management.
  • Strong professional network within the social care sector.
