Carers’ Resource in Bradford District is seeking a part-time Young Carer Practitioner (24 hours per week) to support the social, emotional and educational wellbeing of young carers across Bradford District through one-to-one work and group activities. The role promotes a whole family approach, engaging with parents, siblings and wider family to identify needs and coordinate support.
The position requires flexibility, including some early evenings and school holiday activities.
