We are currently seeking a Contact Team Officer based in our Shipley office for 18 hours per week. Salary: £11,952.72 for 18 hours and £24,569.48 (Full-time equivalent). New post holders start at the bottom of the scale.
We are seeking someone with excellent office skills to join our Contact Team (registration, information, and advice). The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high standard of telephone work, keyboard skills, and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel.
Candidates should have good communication, telephone, reception, and data input skills, be flexible and have a positive caring attitude.
