A specialist Engineering company with a great reputation in the industry is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their team. The role will see you support the management team and help them with all administrative tasks, producing quotes, coordinating the company works to clients, liaising with customers to gather information and advice of progress, liaising with purchasing and stores to ensure that the engineers have all materials needed to complete jobs, and general administrative tasks.
This is a crucial role within the business that will see you working within a fast-paced environment undertaking a multitude of tasks simultaneously to ensure a smooth administration function for the business. Some of your duties will include:
- Supporting the Management team with project administration and preparation
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
- Organising events
- Assisting with confidential and sensitive information
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Helping with quotes and estimates
- Inputting data from employee timesheets
- Offering PA support to the managers
- Liaising with customers, updating them of works, pricing, schedules, warranties
- Compiling reports and keeping the company database up to date
- Handling confidential and sensitive information
