Sales Coordinator Job Location: Poole, Dorset Job Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Benefits: 28 days holiday rising with service, pension, free onsite parking A leading manufacturing company who are growing year on year are currently recruiting for an Sales Coordinator on a permanent basis to join their friendly, busy and hardworking team based in Poole. This position does not involve any cold calling; it is all inbound customer service calls and emails. The order processing team play a vital part in ensuring UK and globally based customers receive their deliveries on time. Orders are processed via telephone, email and an online ordering system. Part of your teams’ duties will be responding to any inbound customer enquiries regarding stock, deliveries prices and lead times and ensuring the order is processed in a timely manner. This exciting position would suit an individual who likes to ensure tasks are always delivered to a high standard. With 1000’s of stock codes and product lines it is essential you have a good eye for detail. Ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered to the customers you will also be responsible for: * Pricing and quoting customer orders through to dispatch, sending customers confirmation emails and keeping them up to date with their deliveries * Prioritising order requests ensuring they are dealt with in the most efficient manner * Progress chasing and resolving delivery issues * Keeping the database up to date with customer information and previous communication * Handling customer enquiries, issuing advice and helping to process their order of products via phone, fax and email The successful applicant will: * Have previous experience in providing excellent customer service * Order processing / Sales administration experience * Have excellent attention to detail, highly organised and have a ‘can do’ attitude * Self-motivated and results driven * Confident working on your own as much as you enjoy working collaboratively within a team * Excellent communication skills both written and verbally * Strong PC skills and Microsoft programmes including Excel If you are an experienced Sales Administrator who wants to work with a well-established company, please contact our Recruitment Team on (phone number removed) or send your CV.
