A leading manufacturing company are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis at their busy, friendly and hardworking office based in Poole. This role requires someone who has an excellent eye for detail as the main focus of your role will be on the accurate data input and processing customer orders. You will be tasked with ensuring that all orders are processed correctly onto the in-house database, making any changes to the orders and advising customers of stock, prices and delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Processing, updating and amending on a daily basis of customer orders.
- Providing a positive customer experience ensuring that any stock availability or delivery issues are resolved promptly.
- Responding to customer requests & enquiries by both phone and email.
- Keeping customers up to date with their orders, delivery dates, pricing schedules etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within an Order Processing role / capacity.
- The ability to deal with large volumes of workloads in a timely and accurate manner.
- A good eye for detail as a majority of the role will be order processing with the need to make sure that all information inputting, sending out is accurate.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Good working knowledge of: Emails, Word and Excel (updating and creating spreadsheets).
- A bright, bubbly, fun and cheerful personality who can work well under their own initiative but also as part of a team.
