We are recruiting for a Quality Manufacturing Manager for a manufacturer of bespoke designed electro-mechanical special purpose display systems used by major companies around the world. You will be ensuring products meet exceptional standards across their operations and managing quality assurance activities (final inspections, FAIs, supplier quality, and customer issue resolution) whilst also driving manufacturing improvements that boost reliability and efficiency.
Within this role you will be:
- Leading quality processes and ensuring compliance with ISO and industry standards.
- Managing inbound inspections, FAIs, and quality control documentation.
- Investigating customer complaints, RMAs, and warranty concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Tracking and analysing quality performance data to identify improvements.
