Salary: £26,325 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience (£13.50 - £15.38 per hour)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm with an earlier finish on a Friday

Job Overview:

We are working with a specialist engineering company that undertakes the manufacture and engineering works for special purpose vehicles. We are recruiting trainees to work within the Inspection department.

Responsibilities:

  • Train to undertake NDT inspection (Non‑Destructive Testing).
  • Assist in assembly and machining tasks.
  • Support the Inspection department as required.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have hands‑on experience working on the shop floor within an engineering company and be willing to learn more and undertake further training in a specialised field. Previous apprenticeship or colleague qualifications in engineering are desirable.
