We are looking for a highly organised and data-driven Supply Chain Planner to take ownership of all aspects of the fulfilment process. You will play a key role in ensuring supplier data is accurately maintained and that supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, supply chain experience, and a passion for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end fulfilment process for your supplier category
- Provide documentation and information to support inbound purchase orders, including import clearance
- Schedule and coordinate container deliveries from suppliers to 3PL warehouses
- Forecast replenishment requirements based on demand and business activity
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with departmental targets
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely order acknowledgements and resolving issues
- Expedite purchase orders to maintain high service levels
- Maintain accurate supplier and product data within business systems
- Analyse trends and produce reports to support inventory planning
- Record, investigate and resolve supplier non-conformances (NCRs)
- Track and report supplier commercial performance, including rebate claims
- Prepare reports and insights for supplier reviews and negotiations
We are looking for you to have:
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution environments
- Experience working with multiple suppliers and 3PL providers
- Familiarity with ERP and warehouse management systems
- Strong background in data analysis and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised with a structured approach to workload
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
