A leading manufacturing company is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist on a permanent basis to join their friendly, busy and hardworking team based in Poole.

This is a busy, hands-on role where you will be dealing with customer calls, emails and general administration. Within this role your key tasks will include:

  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls (approx. 20 – 30 calls per day)
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Liaising with customers to solve any enquiries or issues
  • Following up with customers to ensure they have received the best service
  • Providing quotations and processing orders
  • Logging and resolving customer complaints
  • Liaising with other internal departments to provide updates
  • Maintaining accurate customer records

The successful applicant will:

  • Have previous experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Order processing / Sales administration experience
  • Have excellent attention to detail, highly organised and have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent phone manner and confidence dealing with diverse customers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
