A long‑standing, family‑owned business based in Poole are looking to recruit a Customer Service Associate on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
  • Logging all interactions accurately in CRM
  • Resolving order, delivery, return and complaint queries
  • Processing sales orders and customer updates
  • Working to agreed KPIs and service levels
