Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

A long-standing, family-owned business based in Poole are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager on a permanent basis. Working within a team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded individual who thrives on building strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities. You will act as an industry expert across a range of products, managing and expanding key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key luxury brand accounts as the primary point of contact
  • Drive account performance with a strong focus on revenue, margin, and profitability
  • Analyse pricing strategies, cost structures, and commercial performance
  • Identify growth opportunities across existing accounts and support new business development
  • Deliver a high-end, tailored customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for seamless delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Produce account plans, forecasts, and performance reports
  • Maintain strong margin awareness and ensure sustainable profitability
  • Balance client satisfaction with commercial decision-making
  • Track and manage KPIs including revenue, margin, and retention
  • Deliver a premium, personalised service to all clients
  • Anticipate client needs and resolve issues proactively
  • Build long-term, trust-based partnerships
  • Uphold brand values across all interactions

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in account management or client relationship management
  • Background in luxury, premium retail, or similar sectors desirable
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing margins and profitability
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel
