Job Location: Poole, Dorset

Job Type: Temporary, leading to Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm & Friday 8.30am - 2pm

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (£14.35 - £15.38 per hour)

An established Manufacturer is looking for a HR Administrator on an initial temporary contract, leading to a permanent position. Working within a small HR team you will be providing HR Administration support to 2 sites with circa 240 staff.

Responsibilities

  • General HR Administration
  • Monitoring and recording timekeeping, absences & annual leave
  • Payroll input and daily checks
  • Liaising & reporting on occupational health
  • Updating HR systems and records
  • Using Kronos & Peoplesoft system

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR Administration
  • Excellent attention to detail
