This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team who are passionate about customer service and growing accounts. Youll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from experienced Senior Account Managers who are committed to helping you grow, develop, and progress within the business. This role is ideal for someone with 12 years of sales experience who is now ready to take the next step in their career and take on more responsibility within a dynamic and supportive team. Some of your duties will include; Speaking to existing customers and making them aware of new product launches and promotions. Contacting accounts who have previously ordered and finding out about their upcoming requirements to encourage repeat business. Liaising with customers through Teams calls, phone calls and emails. Responding to enquiries regarding stock availability and order progress. Working closely with marketing to generate new business through campaigns.
