Job Location: Poole, Dorset (Initially based in Poole then possibility of Hybrid working)

Job Type: Contract – Up to 6 months

Salary: £12.59 per hour, £465.83 per week

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

We have an excellent position for an Administrator within the HR team of a leading charity based in the centre of Poole. The HR department is currently implementing a new system and is looking for additional support within the team to undertake daily tasks. This role will involve inputting a lot of information onto the computer, so good computer skills and a high level of accuracy are essential.

Within this role you will be:

  • Inputting and processing HR data
  • Responding to queries and resource requests from employees via phone, email and face to face
  • Following work processes and updating them as required
  • Working with sensitive and confidential information
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely administration of data
