Job Location: Bournemouth Town Centre, Dorset (free parking provided)

Job Type: Permanent - Part time

Salary: Depending on experience plus exceptional yearly company bonus

Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week, either Monday to Friday or Tuesday - Friday 9am - 2.30pm

We are working with an established local surveyor who are experiencing year on year growth and are now looking for a Relationship Manager. As the Relationship Manager you will be working closely with the Managing Director to help promote the business at networking events, property forums, and industry functions to strengthen relationships across the property and construction sectors, increase brand awareness, and generate high‑quality introductions and opportunities for the business. This company has bright, modern offices based right in the heart of Bournemouth Town Centre. They provide free parking and a welcoming and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company at local and regional business networking events, property forums, client events, and industry functions
  • Confidently promote the company's services
  • Build long‑term relationships with key contacts including developers, architects, agents, lenders, solicitors, and fellow consultants
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities and referral relationships
  • Actively follow up with contacts after events via LinkedIn, email, and meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, introductions, and outcomes
  • Research and recommend relevant networking groups and events aligned with the company's sectors and values
  • Work closely with Directors and senior surveyors to align networking activity with business priorities
  • Gather market intelligence on upcoming developments, competitor activity, and client needs
