Job Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire (Hybrid working)

Job Type: 12-month Contract

Salary: ÂŁ25,000 - ÂŁ32,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm

What you will be doing

  • Delivering high‑quality, responsive administrative support in a busy project environment
  • Scheduling meetings, managing diaries and coordinating key actions
  • Owning documentation and producing reports & presentations
  • Supporting day‑to‑day project delivery and helping remove obstacles
  • Attending client meetings and project reviews
  • Communicating confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels

Experience required

  • Administrative or clerical experience in a structured or complex environment
  • Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience juggling priorities and working with multiple stakeholders
  • A sharp eye for detail and a practical, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Experience in government or defence environments is advantageous

Due to the nature of the work, successful candidates must meet UK National Security Vetting requirements.
