A leading manufacturing company is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist on a permanent basis to join their friendly, busy and hardworking team based in Poole.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with inbound and outbound calls (approx. 20 - 30 calls per day)
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Liaise with customers to solve enquiries or issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure they have received the best service
  • Provide quotations and process orders
  • Log and resolve customer complaints
  • Liaise with other internal departments to provide updates
  • Maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications

  • Have previous experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Order processing / Sales administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent phone manner and confidence dealing with diverse customers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
