A leading manufacturing company is recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist on a permanent basis to join their friendly, busy and hardworking team based in Poole.
Responsibilities
- Deal with inbound and outbound calls (approx. 20 - 30 calls per day)
- Manage customer accounts
- Liaise with customers to solve enquiries or issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure they have received the best service
- Provide quotations and process orders
- Log and resolve customer complaints
- Liaise with other internal departments to provide updates
- Maintain accurate customer records
Qualifications
- Have previous experience in providing excellent customer service
- Order processing / Sales administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and with a can-do attitude
- Excellent phone manner and confidence dealing with diverse customers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
