Salary: £31,258.88 - £37,441.48 per annum (Basic salary £25,007.10 - £29,953.18 per annum + 25% shift allowance)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, rotating shift; Week 1: Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm, Week 2: Monday – Thursday 2pm - Midnight
We are looking for a number of skilled CNC Setter / Operators to produce top quality components with precision and speed. You will be:
- Set and operate CNC sliding heads & grinders
- Complete full tooling set ups
- Load/edit CNC programs
- Carry out first-offs & in-process inspections
- Keep machines running smoothly with routine maintenance
- Maintain excellent quality, safety, and 5S standards
The successful applicant will possess:
- Experience with CNC machinery
- Setting and operating experience
- Confidence reading and working from drawings
- Strong inspection skills using micrometers, verniers, gauges
- Problem-solving mindset and solid communication
