About the Company
A long-standing, family-owned business based in Poole are looking to recruit an Administrator for their Projects Team. For over 40 years, they have been helping some of the UK's biggest brands in providing essential gear, equipment and smart systems, all from their operations based in Poole.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with customer project tasks
- Set up and update product information
- Coordinate the set-up and amendments of shipping
- Produce commercial invoices
- Carry out occasional order processing when needed
Requirements
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent Excel skills as this will be used to log information
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
