Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 7.45am– 4.15pm, Friday 7.45am – 12.15pm
We are working with a Bournemouth based manufacturing company who are looking for a Warehouse Operative for an ongoing contract. Within this busy role you will be picking a large volume of orders on a daily basis ready to be packed and despatched.
This role is physically demanding as you will be on your feet all day, lifting, moving and sorting a large variety of items of size and weight ready for despatch. You will be part of a small, hardworking and friendly team working in an excellent environment.
In this role you will be working at speed but maintaining accuracy to:
- Pick orders using pick sheets and hand-held scanners
- Pack items safely and securely
- Ensure orders are labelled correctly
- Put away stock that comes in
- Help with stock checks
