Key responsibilities include:
Generating new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
Conducting client meetings, business development calls, and networking activities.
Negotiating terms of business and recruitment solutions.
Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy through to placement.
Sourcing, interviewing, and matching high-quality candidates to client requirements.
Developing and maintaining an active pipeline of candidates and vacancies.
Achieving and exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
Providing an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.
